Why YOU love running …

Thank you for entering last week’s contest. Your responses were really incredible so we thought we’d share a few our favorite explanations about why you love running:
“Running gives me the courage to be myself, it reduces stress, it sets off an inner switch that suddenly fills me with so many positive emotions like happiness and gratitude for others, the world and my health. I feel that when I’m out on the road, I can beat any fears I have in life. Running sets me free. Running allows me to connect better with nature and more importantly my dog- it amazes me that two separate species can interact without even saying a word to each other simply by putting one foot in front of the other.”
