German Court Dismisses Appeal by Olympian Lagat

Bernard Lagat, a 1500m bronze-medalist at the 2000 Olympics, has failed once again in his pursuit of lost earnings. A German appellate court in the city of Cologne dismissed this recent appeal in his suit against the IAAF.
