Wallace Spearmon won his 3rd race in 5 days with a 100/200m double at the Colorful Daegu Athletics Meeting in Daegu, South Korea. His time in the 200m was 19.88, the 7th fastest time in the world in 2007. He ran a 10.11 in the 100m. Read more at: [IAAF]

Lance Armstrong Plans to Run Another Sub 3 in NYC
Legendary cyclist Lance Armstrong has announced that he will run his 2nd NYC marathon this November and will try to break 3 hours again. Considering that he is 5 lbs. lighter than he was last year and is running without shinsplints, he will probably do considerably better than that. That race is expected to feature four of the six fastest men in the history of the event - Xavier Carter (#2), Wallace Spearmon (#3), Tyson Gay (#5) and Walter Dix (#6) - as well as the 2004 Olympic gold medalist, Shawn Crawford, and 400-meter gold medalist Jeremy Wariner.

Now fans have a chance to win great prizes.
