Illinois senator and Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama visited the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field yesterday for the Oregon Twilight meeting.

More importantly, in a terrific long sprint on the last lap, Oregon’s Andrew Wheating ran a personal best in the 1500m: 3:38.60. You can watch that race here:
