Track and Running on TVThere’s a lot of track and road running available to watch this weekend, both on TV or the web:

Atlantic Coast Conference Championships
Thursday-Friday-Saturday, ACCSelect.com

Florida State is favored to win the men’s title, even without ailing star Walter Dix. Miami and Virginia Tech look to battle it out for the women’s crown.

Big South Conference Championships
Thursday-Friday-Saturday, BigSouthSports.com (subscription needed)
NCAA XC champ Josh McDougal and his Liberty University teammates are clear favorites to win the men’s title, while the women’s is up for grabs.

Mt. San Antonio College Relays (Mt. Sac)
Friday-Saturday-Sunday, Flocasts.com (free!)
Flocasts is promising revolutionary live interactive web coverage of the 50th edition of the meet.

UCLA at Oregon
Saturday, 12:30 p.m. (PDT), Comcast Sportsnet Northwest
The revival of a once bitter rivalry will be carried live on regional cable TV. Replays will be at 7 p.m. on Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday.

2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Women’s Marathon
Sunday, 8:00 a.m. (EDT), NBCOlympics.com

Sunday, 3:00-4:00 p.m. (EDT), Versus
Taped highlights of the April 6 race through the City of Lights.

Boston Marathon
Monday, 9:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (EDT), Versus and WCSN.com (free!)
Live coverage of the 116th running will be available both on television and the web. Versus will have a replay at 3:30 p.m. The webcast at WCSN.com will be available free as a result of the sponsorship by adidas and MarathonGuide.com.

Carlsbad 5000
Monday, 3:30-4:00 p.m. (EDT), Fox Sports Net
A taped edition of the April 6 race.

Without Limits
Sunday, 8:45-10:45 a.m. (EDT), HDNet Movies
The Prefontaine biopic presented in such stunning clarity that you can actually see Sid Sink in a background shot. Replays at 5:45 a.m. on Monday morning.

    The Oregon-UCLA dual meet is also available at GoDucks.com for a fee.

    On Saturday at 3:00 p.m. (EDT), Versus will broadcast a taped version of the World’s Best 10k in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
