I would like to recommend the book diplayed above to everyone. It is a fantastic book with great information about nutrition for athletes, and even those that are not. The only problem with the book is the title…I can’t get anyone who isn’t an athlete to buy it because they think the information won’t apply to them.
It’s a great book for anyone interested in learning how to eat healthier.
