Haile leads by about 20 seconds and has run 10 miles in a blazing 45:20

Haile Gebrselassie, a two-time Olympic 10,000m gold medalist, has hit the 10 mile mark in 45:20. In addition, he has extened his lead to nearly 30 seconds over Abdi, who is currently in second.
Cheruiyot and Kenya’s James Kwambai are in fourth and fifth, respectively.
