NB 755.jpgAs the newest update to New Balance’s 750 series, the 755 remains committed to delivering lightweight cushioning for neutral runners. Our reviewers logged serious mileage with this model and reported positive results throughout nearly every stage of the evaluating process.

Almost an ounce lighter than its predecessor, the 755 boasts a significant weight reduction without sacrificing support or cushioning. Ample and evenly distributed shock absorption made these shoes an instant hit with wear-testers who noted a flexible and smooth overall ride.

The update also features New Balance’s N-LOCK™ Mid-foot Support and Lightning Dry™ Collar, ensuring a supportive and dry fit. Throughout trials, these proved to be welcome improvements; a moderately structured mid-foot prevented mid-foot flex and offered arch support while the redesigned, quick-drying upper kept feet sweat-free.

New Balance 755Built on the SL-1 base, the heel and forefoot are average widths; however, like most New Balance models, the 755 is also available in narrow and wide widths.

Equally suitable for both low and high mileage runners, the 755 also suits most budgets. At $85.00, this update is an affordable alternative to the pricier neutral trainer and it delivers superior cushioning and a supportive ride; making it a solid choice for novice and experienced runners alike.
