Kiplagat leads and picks up pace; Adere falling off a bit

Lornah Kiplagat, the world 20km and XC champion, as well as Zhou and Wami lead the women.
Adere, the 2006 Chicago Marathon champ, has fallen just a few seconds behind the leaders as the pace has begun to pick up. Johnson continues to trail by about 30 seconds.
