THE RULES:
- The contest will close as soon as the Boston Marathon begins on Monday, April 16, 2007.
- The winners will be sent a notice via email and have 72 hours to reply with their mailing address to claim their prize — make sure you use a valid email address.
- You may only win the contest once. Therefore, if you are selected as a winner of the women’s race (which will finish first because of this year’s separate, elite women start), then you cannot win the contest for the men’s race.
- As always, The Final Sprint respects your privacy and will not share any of your information.
- Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible will not be accepted. All entries become the property of The Final Sprint, LLC and we have the right to use any and all submissions in any way, manner and in any media and in perpetuity without additional compensation or right of approval.
- Contest is open to everyone who follows the before-mentioned entry procedure and rules. Void where prohibited by law. The promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. If you win and live outside of the United States or Canada, you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs. Winners from the U.S. and Canada will be shipped the product for free.
- Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Taxes, if any, on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per household. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
