As Heartbreak Hill begins, Lidiya, Madia and Jelena stay close as the lead the women

As Heartbreak Hill starts to emerge, the lead women have packed in close together. Their current time is 1:55:12 and Jelena, Lidiya and Madai all remain close. Lidiya does have about a second lead.
In addition, Deena Kastor, who they specualted had stomach problems, has now begun to come back and is ever so slowly closing in (a little over a minute behind).
At mile 22, there time is 2:01:16.
