Webb, who The Final Sprint will be interviewing on Monday, was able to secure the big win in a time of 3:55.18; a new indoor P.R. Canadian Kevin Sullivan was the runner-up, finishing in a time of 3:57.33, and Australia’s Mark Fountain came in third (3:57.76).

Sarah Jamieson was able to pull of the win in a time of at 4:28.03. She upset America’s Shayne Culpepper (4:31.35) and Christin Wurth-Thomas (4:31.84). Sarah Hall, wife of Ryan Hall, had a disappointing fourth-place finish (4:32.24).

In other events, Steven Hooker continued to demonstrate why he holds the number one ranking and came away with yet another victory in the pole vault (not to mention a new Australian record). Stay tuned … the results of the men’s and women’s 3000m will be posted shortly.
