Every week The Final Sprint’s team of music gurus posts a new, downloadable iMix on the site and in iTunes to help you stay motivated throughout all of your weekly runs and workouts.

GOMO’s PIX #1, created by Golan Mor, is an iMix featuring about 75 minutes of funk, rock and soul music. The mix has been hand selected to keep you motivated to finish strong! Below you will find the complete track listings and then a brief synopsis by Golan. To open iTunes and download the iMix, click here or on any of the songs or artists below.

As with all of my mixes, you should expect the first and last songs to be somewhat more moderate in tempo or lighter in feel. I did this as a means to serve as a period for warming-up and cooling-down. Although the songs may not coincide to be exactly timed with how you pref fer to work-out, please feel free to find your own pace. Gomo’s Pix contains a wide range of artists hailing from the Jazz school (Herbie Hancock; Medeski, Martin & Wood) to Soul (James Brown; Stevie Wonder) to Rock ‘n Roll (Santana). Enjoy the workout, the unique range of music, and hopefully I’ve exposed some of you to artists you otherwise would have never encountered.
